In this day and age, so many of us are so caught up in our daily routines, that we forget to do the things we love, the things that feed our souls. 

We spend our days worrying about the past, and the future, and escaping to social media & Netflix during our free time. 

But not many of us actually spend our days trying to find joy in the PRESENT MOMENT! 

We’re so caught up in the illusion that our happiness lies somewhere in the future, but the truth is, the only place you’re going to find happiness is in the present moment!

That is why I’ve compiled this list of 50 Things that FEED YOUR SOUL! These are just a few of the many, MANY ways you can find some joy in your life, no matter how chaotic or stressful your life may be. 

So the next time you have some free time, instead of heading to social media for those dopamine hits… Head to this list, and do something that is ACTUALLY going to feed your soul, make you happy, and help you GROW!

  3. Deep breathing. 
  4. Listening to soulful music (Tibetan bowls are great!). 
  5. Reading. 
  6. Journaling. 
  7. Make a gratitude list.
